All work is custom-coded and delivered on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3. Quotes and Pricing All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT (Simple Day is not currently VAT registered). A quote is not a contract until accepted in writing by both parties. 4.
